Our One Planet Forth Valley (OPFV) collects surplus food from local supermarkets for our Community Fridge. This is food that would otherwise go to waste – ie. food that is close to its Use By or Best Before dates. Telephone: +44 1324 631985

We require drivers to pick up the food from the supermarkets and deliver it to our shop in the Howgate Shopping Centre, Falkirk.

We currently collect from Tesco in Central Retail Park, Falkirk on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings (around 8.30 am) and Asda Grangemouth on Tuesday afternoons. Having volunteers to help would allow collecting food from supermarkets further afield too.
