Norton Free Fridge

Norton Free Fridge

about

Norton Free Fridge has now been set up with a formal constitution and management committee. We have been given permission by Yorkshire Housing Association to use a community room in Winston Court off Beverley Road, Norton. We are registered as a food business with the local authorities and are a not-for-profit organization. We have been given a grant from the local town council to start up the group and are now at the stage where we are looking for local food businesses to sign up for our scheme. They would provide us with perishable foods that cannot be sold but are still suitable for consumption, We can accept sealed packaged foods, fresh fruit and vegetables, pastry, and bread.
