Users can obtain food that has been donated by local supermarkets which are being given away free to those who need it.
The bright orange door of Monmouth Community Fridge is opening at Unit 4, in the Bridges Centre stables.
Set up by Food Sense to tackle food waste, the Community Fridge will offer – for free – surplus food, within its use-by date, which would otherwise be destined for landfill.
