Merstham’s community fridge aims to reduce food wastage and the impact this has on the environment. We distribute over 200kg a week to our local community.
We take donations of food close to its sell-by date and give it free of charge (donations welcome!) to our local community. The Fridge helps reduce food waste and gives wonky carrots and floppy parsnips another chance to make it like soup or stew!
